About TILL AGH

The Integral Leadership Lab AGH supports leaders in developing integral leadership that combines business effectiveness with concern for human dignity and the common good, based on scientific research and international standards. Drawing on the experience of the Two Wings Institute and the innovation of AGH, the Institute offers certified development programmes and research to engage leaders in creating forward-looking, responsible leadership.

Development Programs

The Integral Leadership Lab AGH offers three main programs: Cambridge Leadership Development Program (CamLDP) offers skills development at the prestigious Cambridge facility, Integral Leadership Development Program (ILDP) focuses on reflecting on the integral dimension of leadership, and Polarity Management teaches how to manage tensions in organizations.

Integral Leadership

At The Integral Leadership Lab AGH, we view leadership as a complex, multidimensional reality, combining the perspectives of different sciences and involving leaders in our research. We aim to create new leadership models that respond to today's challenges, emphasizing the diversity of leadership forms and developing diagnostic tools. We believe that organizations with a more integral leadership model are more effective and resilient to crisis.

At TILL AGH, we create the future of leadership by inviting leaders, academics and practitioners to work together. We offer business partnerships that provide access to research and support leadership development, and academic partnerships that connect academia to practice. We also welcome volunteers and interns, offering them development and experience in an inspiring environment, and we are looking for people to join our team who want to co-create the future of leadership.
