The Integral Leadership Development Program (ILDP) is not a standard training - it is a development journey. Designed for leaders who want to think deeply, act decisively, lead with meaning, and achieve long-term success. Rooted in world-class research from Oxford and Cambridge, and enriched by real-world experience, ILDP is integral in every sense: training and knowledge, inspiration and reflection, science and art, celebration and community. 

From world-class laboratories and global faculty, to a medal-winning brewery and even the chance to conduct the AGH University orchestra - this program blends performance with purpose, offering a truly unique path to creating lasting value for people, organizations, and society.

The Integral Leadership Model is at the heart of ILDP. It draws on two decades of international leadership research, tested in organizations across business, academia, and the public sector.

It blends insights from management science, psychology, sociology, and systems thinking - and translates them into tools leaders can use immediately.

This model recognizes that leadership is not one-dimensional. It’s not just about what you do, but also who you are, why you act, and how you integrate it all.

Your ILDP Experience

ILDP is designed as a journey – a carefully curated path that combines world-class learning, transformative experiences, and meaningful connections. From the very first step, you will be part of a unique leadership laboratory where research, reflection, and real-world practice come together.

Pre-Work

Before the program begins, you gain exclusive access to unique learning materials, tools, and assessments that prepare you to make the most of the ILDP journey. This stage helps you clarify your goals, reflect on your leadership story, and arrive ready to engage.

Optional Pre-Session: Science & Research

For those who want to go deeper, we offer an optional pre-session in which participants can engage with current leadership and organizational research. This creates the opportunity to connect with the scientific foundations of ILDP and even co-shape research directions.

The Core: Three Sessions of ILDP (8 days)

At the heart of ILDP are three immersive sessions delivered in Kraków by an international faculty (Kraków, Warsaw, Rome, Cambridge). Each session combines practical tools, real-world simulations, and space for reflection. Every step builds toward your Individual Leadership Development Plan, ensuring what you learn translates directly into your daily leadership practice.

1 Leadership Identity, Integral Foundations and Team Identity. Set personal development goals for the program. Face the question: Who am I as a leader? Learn the 4xW Model - the heart of integral leadership. Build effective teams: from group formation to high performance. Understand team roles, group dynamics, and life cycles. Navigate tensions and resolve conflicts constructively.
2 Trust, Effectiveness and Leadership. Recognize challenges to trust at both team and organizational levels. Build and sustain trust as a foundation for leadership. Learn strategies to restore trust and assess the cost of its loss. Lead performance in dynamic, uncertain environments. Balance competition and collaboration for optimal results. Create conditions for high-performing, resilient teams.
3 Power, Authority, Leadership and Change. ILDP Summary & Graduation Deepen self-awareness and reflective capacity. Apply tools for inner leadership work. Cultivate authenticity and coherence in your leadership practice. Understand the distinctions between power, authority, and leadership. Use power responsibly to influence ethically and effectively. Master strategies for leading change with clarity. Work with resistance and uncertainty. Keep motivation high during transitions. Build learning organizations and cultures of continuous improvement. Closing Session with Cambridge Expert Explore future growth pathways (CamLDP, Polarity Management workshops).

Application Process and Contact

The ILDP Recruitment Process consists of four simple steps:

  1. Completing the application form here.
  2. After reviewing the application by our Academic Committee, a follow-up from a representative of The Integral Leadership Lab to confirm eligibility in participating in ILDP.
  3. We will only ask you for billing data after your application has been accepted. If you register as a company, we will also ask you about the specific team members who will be participating in the ILDP.
  4. Final confirmation of acceptance into the Integral Leadership Development Program.
