Cambridge Leadership Development Program

Cambridge Leadership Development Programme (CamLDP) is a unique initiative of The Integral Leadership Lab AGH, offering executives the opportunity to deepen their leadership competencies at one of the world's most prestigious academic centers. The program combines intensive leadership reflection, meetings with leading experts from the University of Cambridge, development workshops and executive coaching sessions based on the Integral Leadership model, and exposure to the unique Cambridge ecosystem: science, business culture and technology.

The Integral Leadership Development Program (ILDP) is an 8-day professional leadership development program, offering a space for reflection on the integral dimensions of leadership: values, attitudes, being, and the personality of the leader. It is an experience of intense learning and growth, based on intellectual insight and constructive feedback, while also serving as a time to build relationships and engage in creative exchange within a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
