The Integral Leadership Development Program (ILDP) is not a standard training but a carefully designed leadership journey that integrates world-class research from Oxford and Cambridge with deep reflection, practice, and experience. The first fully business-dedicated edition (2025–2026), held between November 2025 and January 2026, brought together 15 leaders from Kraków and Wrocław to explore leadership identity, trust, teamwork, and purpose through workshops, simulations, and unique experiences.
The Cambridge Leadership Development Program (CamLDP) is a prestigious program in integral leadership development, organised by The Integral Leadership Lab AGH in collaboration with experts from the University of Cambridge. The 2025 edition took place from 7–11 July 2025 in the heart of Cambridge – at the University of Cambridge, one of the world’s most important ecosystems of science, innovation, and culture.
