At The Integral Leadership Lab AGH, we support leaders—both current and future—in business, science, industry, and social life, helping them achieve a higher, more holistic dimension of leadership. We believe that true leadership is not just about operational efficiency but involves an integral perspective on the human being and their role in the world. It creates something new.

Our research and development programs focus on integral leadership, which strengthens human dignity, the common good, trust, entrepreneurship, responsibility, freedom, and solidarity. In the center of our work lies the conviction that multidimensional leadership shapes not only organizations but also societies.

Credibility and Certification

TILL AGH is a joint initiative of the AGH Faculty of Management and The Integral Leadership Lab Foundation. As part of AGH Faculty of Management, we are accredited according to international standards for management and leadership education. We operate as part of a dynamic research and development center with bold initiatives and strong roots in innovation, business and industry for years. It is here that we conduct our original research on integral leadership and new management models, which we share in the prestigious TILL AGH programs: the Cambridge Leadership Development Program and the Integral Leadership Development Program.

TILL Certifications: Every participant in our programs and every partner receives a certificate issued by The Integral Leadership Foundation, which is recognized in the international market. Experience and Achievements

TILL AGH continues the work and legacy of the Two Wings Institute, which between 2021 and 2024 conducted pioneering research and development on the Integral Leadership model.

Our research, programs, and initiatives such as the Cambridge Leadership Development Program, Integral Leadership Development Program, and Polarity Management, have been recognized both in academia and the business world. However, our greatest achievement remains the leaders who, through their collaboration with TILL AGH, have discovered and developed a deeper, more holistic dimension of leadership. They continue to grow their teams and organizations, take on groundbreaking initiatives, and shape the future of their industries.
