Professor of company law, financial regulation, and corporate finance at the University of Cambridge, former Pro Vice-Chancellor, and the first woman in the university’s history to hold a full professorship in law. Her research and advisory work have significantly influenced financial policy in the UK and the EU. A Fellow of the British Academy, she combines academic excellence with public and financial sector advisory roles.

A strategist in values-based leadership, expert in sustainability and organisational culture. Former CEO of The Møller Institute, currently with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, where she designs programs integrating ethics, business strategy, and societal goals. As a business coach and Chartered Director, she supports leaders in navigating complexity and building high-performing teams.

An experienced academic leader, Life Fellow of Emmanuel College, former Secretary General of the Faculties of the University of Cambridge, and Vice-Master of Emmanuel College. Co-founder of the Cambridge-MIT Institute, he developed international partnerships and higher education strategies. With a background in economics and engineering, he has advised European research networks, shaping policy and innovation in education.

Innovation and R&D funding consultant, PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge. Works with Cambridge Enterprise and St John’s Innovation Centre, supporting universities and businesses in knowledge commercialisation and international project development. Extensive experience in knowledge-based enterprises and securing R&D funding.

Principal of the Margaret Beaufort Institute of Theology, specialist in ethical leadership, leadership resilience, and burnout prevention. Her research and training support leaders in finance, education, and sustainability. Author of The Ethics of Burnout, she focuses on leader well-being and building a culture of care in organisations.

Lecturer in Leadership and Virtues, certified executive coach, and mentor supporting leaders in their professional and personal development. With extensive experience in strategic consulting, project management, and pastoral work as a Dominican priest, his research focuses on meaningful work, integral human development, and values-driven leadership.

Co-founder of The Integral Leadership Lab AGH, expert in integral leadership, program designer, and leadership mentor. He has over 20 years of experience in education, mentoring, innovation, and entrepreneurship. As co-founder of Collegium Wratislaviense and the Two Wings Institute, he has played a significant role in shaping the development of Polish higher education.
