He is the co-founder of The Integral Leadership Lab AGH, dedicated to supporting leaders from business, academia, industry, and public life in achieving a more conscious and integral leadership style.
Piotr has participated in programs at IESE Business School (International Faculty Program), MIT Sloan Bootcamp, Leadership Academy for Poland, Oxford Leadership Development Program, and Polarity Thinking (PACT™). He is also the co-founder of Collegium Wratislaviense and Two Wings Institute, as well as the author of publications on mentoring (Wolters Kluwer). He has served on the Board of Curators of the Ossoliński National Institute and the Participatory Council of the Mayor of Wrocław. In 2015, he was nominated in the Gazeta Wrocławska Polska The Times ranking of the most effective managers.
Principal of the Margaret Beaufort Institute of Theology (University of Cambridge), specialist in ethical leadership, leadership resilience, and burnout prevention. Her research and training support leaders in finance, education, and sustainability. Author of The Ethics of Burnout, she focuses on leader well-being and building a culture of care in organisations.


Lecturer in Leadership and Virtues at Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Rome), certified executive coach, and mentor supporting leaders in their professional and personal development. With extensive experience in strategic consulting, project management, and pastoral work as a Dominican priest, his research focuses on meaningful work, integral human development, and values-driven leadership.
